How did you learn about AIChE and why did you join? 

I learned about AIChE through orientation and class announcements and I joined because I wanted to be a closer part of the chemical engineering community at Davis and make some new friends.

How has AIChE helped you grow professionally and/or personally?

AIChE has taught me how to efficiently work well with others and it has given me a lot of insight into future educational or career opportunities.

What's one interesting fact about you?

I’ve lived in four different states: South Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, and California.

If you could bring one item with you to a deserted island (aside from food and water), what would it be and why?

I would bring an instrument. If I wanted to listen to music I’d have to bring and electronic device which would eventually die, but with an instrument I can make my own music for much longer.

If you could watch one show the rest of your life, what would it be?

I would watch Adventure Time. It’s a great show with a wide range of emotions and there are a lot of episodes so it would last me quite a while.
