How did you learn about AIChE and why did you join?

I heard about AICHE when I first got into Davis by looking up Chemical engineering at UC Davis and the club appeared along with it. I got interested and went to the first general meeting they had and was intrigued with the opportunities it provided so I joined in.

How has AIChE helped you grow professionally and/or personally?

Personally, the club has helped me to be more outgoing and experience professional events that I didn't think I would experience. I was able to be professional by going to the resume build-up and LinkedIn where I was able to fix up my resume to be presentable.

What's one interesting fact about you? 

I used to be in the UC Davis women soccer club team but recently stopped cause of financial reasons. The club was great fun cause it was a team effort, but I enjoyed playing soccer one last time.

If you could bring one item with you to a deserted island (aside from food and water), what would it be and why?

I would bring a machete cause it can be used as making logs for a fire and making a shelter, it would be nice since I can use it for many things. 

If you could watch one show the rest of your life, what would it be?

To be totally honest I'm not too sure what show.
