How did you learn about AIChE and why did you join?

I learned about AIChE from upperclassmen chemical engineering majors, and I joined to learn more about the industry and to gain networking opportunities.

How has AIChE helped you grow professionally and/or personally?

AIChE has given me a better idea of the utility of an education in chemical engineering, as well as direction for my professional future.

What's one interesting fact about you?

I can solve a Rubik's cube with one hand.

If you could bring one item with you to a deserted island (aside from food and water), what would it be and why?

A chess board. I might not make it out alive, but at least I could have unmatched tactical prowess.
