How did you learn about AIChE and why did you join?

I learned about AIChE from the announcements in my ECH 80 class fall quarter. I didn't know many people in my major so I decided to join.

How has AIChE helped you grow professionally and/or personally?

AIChE has allowed me to network with upperclassman, grad students, as well as industry representatives which has been an incredible opportunity. I have so many mentors in the club that have provided me with career advice in addition to general advice in regards to balancing my academic life and my social life.

What's one interesting fact about you?

I am a huge Benee fan and have been to three of her concerts so far!

If you could bring one item with you to a deserted island (aside from food and water), what would it be and why?

My knitting. If I'm going out may as well have a nice sweater on.
